Booking & Cancellation

✔ Reservations

• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

• Full payment is due at check-in.

✔ Cancellations

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 50% of the total stay.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

✔ Refunds

• Refunds are not issued for early departures or inclement weather.

Safety Guidelines

✔ Swimming & Lake Activities

• Swim at your own risk; no lifeguards on duty.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

✔ Fire Safety

• Fire pits must be fully extinguished before leaving them unattended.

• Fireworks and open flames are not allowed on resort grounds.

✔ Emergency Contacts

• In case of an emergency, dial 911 and notify resort management.
